Using Filter Forge to Create ArtRage Stickers and Sticker Sprays

I’ve had a busy time of it lately with Filter Forge making ArtRage sticker sprays and using them. I have been hugely satisfied with the results and will be continuing to work on them.

An example of the type of sticker spray sheets are pictures below. It has been amazing experimenting with similar.

I have been delightfully involved in creating digital painting with textures that I have relished.

Below was my first full experiment. This involved a set of delicate round brushes which when painted with using particular setting looked oddly liked little blobs of Chenile. If placed on a background of larger similar then the result was like soft touchable chenile on a brittle canvas.

My second concerted thrash was with some square delicate stickers. I painted a pattern again orginally in Filter Forge and this time spent considerable more time on it.

This is a snapshot of an area of some of the latest doodling. I particularly enjoyed this and as I said earlier I wish to work on this methodology again and soon with something that is not a pattern.

Filter Forge is such a wonderful and natural companion to ArtRage.

Filter Forge Abstract Art Mash Up

It is good fun to have a bit of frenzy in Filter Forge – today I used 2 filters and coupled them together.

but instead of letting it use an image I altered the filter and fed it another filter.

With this I added in a colour that I could control on the low argument of threshold and I added in an invert – to black it out.

I’m quite liking this and I’ll probably play with it a bit more. Looks like something like this would make a pretty smart T Shirt to me.

I won’t be submitting this to the library unless I tidy up the controls I may wish to add some further functionality but I f I do the 2 original creators will be credited – they did the early hard work and inspired me to doodle.

Thanks Filter Forge Library.
